Jenny's passion for food developed when she was young, watching her master chef mother cooked authentic Northern Thai dishes. Her sensitive palate to recognize and discriminate flavors paved the way for her amateur cooking ambitions. Jenny's specialty includes East Asian cuisine and baked goods.

Gus is a meat eating, booze guzzling, and a self-proclaimed food nerd. His pursuit for culinary mastery stemmed from his personal experience. Amazed by food he had tried in various regions of the world, he was set on his lifelong goal of becoming the world best “amateur cook”. His area of food interest is in Japanese and European cooking, food science, and also food history.
